Snow rain mix today.  I thought I was going to get to prune my roses. . . Instead I'm wrapped in blankets, coughing my head off sipping on tea and soup and surfin the web.

Same here.... we have snow cover now but with temps above freezing we'll have some swollen rivers and creeks soon.  Today is lovely though, with sunshine anyway.  :)

But last year in April we had some bad storms and high winds, so we take nothing for granted in Ireland at any time of year!

Yes Arden, it is really nice to have a different project to do, and the front garden really needed to be sorted anyway!

What temperatures are you having right now, Catherine?  Here it's been a mild winter but it won't be anytime soon for the fairies to go back to their summer fantasyland here.  Probably April or May..

"Thanks Tammie, yes I like I like to color co-ordinate and the brighter the colors the better. The hardest colored plants to find are a true red, then the next hardest is a true blue. The red flower here is a geranium."

"No Matha not really, they both smell divine. It depends on your climate to which will grow the best. The ground growers like a very cold winter, the tree peony grow better for me in a warmer climate."
