Autumn & Holly Ferns that I started a few yrs. ago from spores. I had them in a basket & just planted them in the ground, so they should grow larger now.

Hey Thanks Birty :) If were cought short in the jungle you have given some 'good to know' information. Just wondering what healing factors take a roll. I do know or sure that urine is steril...for what ever thats worth...might just justify using it (in an emergency LOL) Cool about bat guano too we just may have some around here somewhere. @warmbreeze, kids, don't try this at home!!!! Too gross. Urea is helpful if you get a cut on your foot in the jungle to pee on. Look up urea for use in gardening on wikipedia as fertilizer. The answer may lie there. As we know certain fecal matter is good stuff. I would stick with chicken poop or if can afford bat guano.
