This is growing on my yard fence by my some berry vines. Does anyone know what it is? It turns into a green small ball after it blooms.

you're so lucky; this is a dificult/cumbersome thing for me in zone 3 to grow -  this is a lovely photo!
Wow, you are dedicated.  How do you keep it alive in zone 3?  That's waaay up there.
the only way to keep one of those is as a houseplant for the majority of the year; and then let it vacation outside in the summer!!....kind of like the people around here, for the most part!!

I live in Zone 7, and there are varieties of these that will come back every year.  They don't even completely die back some winters here, but they did last year.  As long as a few are left, it won't take long for them to come back to their full glory.  Just Google passion flower and you will see that most of them are not hardy, but there are some you can order that are hardy to Zone 7.  This is an especially pretty one, but they all are to me and have a nice fragrance too.  You might be surprised at how many colors there are.

100 % sure it's a passion vine. when i was a kid my grandmother called it a may pop and they taste really good when ripe
I had replied earlier and forgot to mention that when I lived in Alabama, they called them may pops, and, yes the fruit is edible.
when i was just a young boy some of the neighbor hood kids and i would go to a swimming hole. after swimming for a couple of hours and the long walk home. we would hunt for may pops to eat for a snack. i have to admit they were good but on the other hand weird. lol
It is a passionfruit vine. THe green balls will turn into the fruit and it is edible.

It is the Passiflora Incarnata or Passion flower.  I have copied the link to this above.
