Thanks for the pictures Jane. I remember those days from MA. I have a cousin in Alden, IA. Don't know if that's near you or not.

THESE PIX are mild compared to the deep snow in most places~~Just thought the linemen aspect was neat!!

Hi Jane. I'm here in Iowa with you but we didnt get near what you had. That happened to us two years ago. Today is Wednesday...you getting more snow today? We have had about two inches so far.

We only have an inch so far~~ But lines are still iced and the electric just went off and on again!! Sure hope it isn't a warning for act 3 of the "CRAPPY NO ELECTRIC" show!!! So wind must be coming up and makin the lines dance DANG!!! Sayin a prayer but still have candles out anyway!!

When I was a little girl Jane, we would get some of those snows where you would be snowed in for days. The last time that happened was over 10 years ago. I keep telling some of my friends that moved here from NY and MN that we could get a big one and they just laugh at me. So somebody remind me again, how many day till Spring?
