Spent another wonderful day in Georgia's state parks. for a 5.00 parking fee there is so much to see. Spent the day taking pics of what i all "the mini grand canyon" Just a short drive on hwy 136 off I-59 in GA just outside of Chattanooga, Tn..Well worth a stop. A picnic lunch is all you need. no hike necessary to enjoy the beauty of the canyon but there are plenty of trails that lead to awesome waterfalls.

Lived at one time less than 20 miles from Barnsley Garden's, yet, never been there. I hear it's beautiful. I also hear Bobby Cox, Atl. Braves ex head coach lives close to there too.

Just found this group! Yes, GA does have some lovely gardens. Have enjoyed visiting the places mentioned here. Has anyone been to Barnsley Garden's in Adairsville? I keep saying I am going to go and haven't made it yet. Used to drive by it a lot traveling the area on a previous job.
