Hi all! Thought I'd join this group to get ideas and ask questions as I go along. I've been interested in home remidies for years and I have just started to write down things that I'd heard/learned from my mother that were passed down over the years. I look forward to learning from you all!

I dieted for an entire year without loosing a single pound. Then I learned about "THE MASTER CLEANSE" I bought the little $6.00 booklet and read every word. It is full of surprising information on the nutrients in lemon juice & maple syrup & why maple syrup is the best sweetener as opposed to honey which I will never again ingest. For example, even though lemons are acidic, they alkalize in the body. Similar to needing correct Ph in soil, my body was out of balance. No matter how much aerobic exercise I did or how little I ate, I did not lose 1 single pound. It is frequently called the lemonade diet, which wrongly indicates canned or bottled lemon drink. This is a recipe W/organic lemon juice, organic maple syrup and Org. cayenne pepper. I found that the "belly fat" was really toxin build up from having cortisol & other hormones pumping into my system. I didn't do the "fast". I drank it all day and made a veg. soup or stir-fry for dinner. The weight around my middle just dropped off. I lost 35 pounds in 2 months. I still drink it every day for the nutrients & properties it contains, so whenever I get hungry & the garden job can't wait I come in and have some. I make a Qt. at a time.It helps keep me free of the toxic overload that continues to happen from tragedy entering my life. I learned that weight around the belly is often bloat, not fat. When it spread to my thighs and around my back,I started having trouble breathing as the toxins formed edema that compromised my lungs. I hope you try it as it was a God send for me. The lemonade surprised me with how much energy it gave me, & how I wasn't hungry. Mainly though actually feeling the bad stuff leaving my system and seeing within a day and 1/2 my belly shrinking. The booklet also gives helpful herb recipes for digestion etc. Hope it works for you too. I hated having that weight around my middle.  Let me know if you try it O.K? Here's to health so we can do what we love, Marian

For Minako Fuduka, I am going to send a friend request, so hopefully you will accept, I have a remedy for your quandary that will surprise you. For one thing, and the fact that pleased me the most, it likely isn't just belly fat, it is toxins that we humans ingest as a matter of living and eating the food that is available today. No matter how much food we grow, and how dedicated we are to eating the absolute best foods available, today's world is just full of properties that the human body does not recognize, and it therefore stores the toxins usually starting in the belly area, being closest to the stomach. Hope to communicate soon.
