Freddy, these photos are from the Jurupa Mountain Discovery Museum in Riverside Co. I think it's actually in Ribidoux. With the size of the cactus garden it's been there a while! They have a web site but I don't think too many photos on it.
Great pics Carole; where is this garden? I have albums of the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, and the Boyce Thompson Arboretum in Tucson; you might enjoy them.
I am now able to attend our meetings here in OKC. Seems to be a lot of activities coming up. I'm ready to travel. Have fun, Carole, on your Aloe Walk.
Our master gardeners are coming out of hibernation our here in sunny California. Going on an Aloe Walk this Saturday and early February will attend a workshop on Herbs and view the Herb Garden at the UCR Botanic Gardens in Riverside. Can't wait! I'm "itching" to get started!!!!
Hi Linda,
I'm not a very good meeting goer. Please e-mail me: floridamastergardener@cfl.rr.com
Bob, I missed you at the MG meeting in Sanford today. I brought the GA Rattlesnake Watermelon seeds I had for you. I will bring them with me again to the Dec 8th meeting in the hope of being able to give them to you then.
Hi William...you were right...tons of information and photos on the web. Saw some tiny bonsai trees using pomegranates, crab apples, everything...and it just opens up your imagination! Hey I saw you pictures of the greenhouse...I'm soooo jealous! Have fun with it...looks great!
