Little yellow star shaped flowers, celery like leaves, woody stem, smells of clove. (Clove Currant - Ribes odoratum)
My friend found this volunteer in her yard. Several just popped up here in her yard in zone 5 southern Wisconsin. Right now each

It sure does seed itself. We have a species in Colorado that spreads everywhere. Never have to buy it.
