
Hard to know for sure, but it looks like it could be a 'Silver King' Euonymus.

If it is, it is a shrub that will eventually get 10 feet tall and 6 feet wide and prefers full sun to part shade..
I apologize Clare, Actually I should have said that this is only 2inches tall at the most... I think it's a ground cover of some sort!

I would have thought fresh cuttings of varigated pittosporum but the Arabis ferdinandi-coburgiirent is in the running too along with Clare's suggestion. :)
