For such a huge and muscular animal, friendship and trust is beautiful.

Yes, I do too.  When our sons were growing up we each had a horse and enjoyed them thoroughly. Being older now ... more inclined to stay with something my own size... I love dogs as well.  As for horses I love the bond that forms, the smell of them, and love planting on kiss on those velvet noses.  ♥

I had golden retrievers for many years but the passing of our last one just about did me in.  I love the breed but they are so in tune with you, it's like losing your very best friend. :(   I have a rescue guy now.. got him two days after Sunny died a couple years ago.  He's a goofy sort but thinks I hung the moon so I love him and take good care of him.  Joey is our baby girl.. well, she'll be two in a couple months already.  She's a goldendoodle that I thought might be terrific because of the no-shed factor and that golden retriever sweetness.  She is developing into a sweet girl now that some of the poodle leaping is settling down.  She just loves everybody.  :)

What wonderful videos.  It is like the horses are their real pets, but well trained.

Thanks for sharing the videos!  I miss my horses.... overgrown dogs!!  haah.
