I think Spring is actually coming to Michigan! The ducks have returned and I have flowers peeking through the snow.

haha yes they do put it in pies! (rhubarb) I ate a lot of it when I was growing up, perhaps it isn't as common in the east?

I should have recognized the red stem... my neighbor, growing up, grew a lot of rhubarb. Enjoy!

mmmm rhubarb...nothing more exciting than to think of fresh ruhbarb pie to get the spring juices excited
