Still can't find the one where she was using that stuff to make bugs. Think it was a tape kinda stuff that she put one and warmed it up with a soder gun.
Mo I'm 56, I know what you are talking about now, didn't know them by name. I've lived in mobile homes that have roll windows too. YOu could get all creative with those with wood frames, or the sodered metal stuff that Vicky uses on the show For Your Home, or shelves or or or. Oh just had a thought of glueing them together to make terrariums or wood or the new fancy made up woods that are plasticy, framework like a mini greenhouse.
Comment by mo puff on March 20, 2013 at 8:38am I think Jans shelves sound more interesting than my old Jalasy panes. You know the ones from the30s, 40s and 50s homes. Where you crank them open...each window would have say 10 to 15 slats of glass. How old are you Vicky.. you may be too young to remember these types of windows.
Jan 48" should span a window nicely for plants either over the top or in front of with some nice wood or metal shelf holder uppers.
Mo can you put in a pic of your glass? I'm an audible and visual type person. If I see a pic I'm sure my brain wil get creative.
