Ya know, I am not sure that I want to remove the back of the futon? I thought maybe when it was up.. that the vines would grow out upon it, like a shelf, or may be I would put a shelf on it, OR hang something... wind chimes? Guess I forgot to say it would all be horizontal.

Are you going to take the back of futon off or attatch that to the post?

Myneighbor woke me up this morning and said this is the day to bring the greenhouse frame to your house. It is just thin metal tubing & the covers don't last but a couple of years. The cover for it is all shredded by cats. Said I can get a cover for $30 online. In the summer I'm going to cover it in bird netting and grow beans up it. Then in Sept or Oct get a cover for it, the zipper doors don't ever work well so I would like to frame the front and put in a full glass screen door I already got from an other neighbor, long time ago. Probably try to get heavy plastic to cover it instead of the covers, not sure yet. Will be nice to have this fall/winter so hopefully I can grow greens and keep the leaf miners out of them.

A headboard and foot board plus a futon couch frame. I have 2 fence posts up and am going to attach the revised combo up onto the posts for a trellis.... what do you think? I will post when finished.

have a good recycling tip if you have a cat litter box and your dogs get into it I know gross right well I was given a plastic pet carrier  it makes a perfect litter box and keeps litter off your floor cuts down on smell and keeps the pups out

Beth yes they would work for that. They come off the ends of big 3' paper rolls. Check with your local Engineering office.

I could use them to put different colors of paint in when I paint...just the right amount in each slot.  throw them away when done.  cute little things....
