Meyer lemons are so delicious... amazingly good on fish and plain. I think they'd be great to bake with too.  I've bought them at Pike Place Market in Seattle but they were small; maybe like ping pong balls. The one whose seeds I have was the size of a large grapefruit.

You shouldn't ship citrus but does that apply to seeds?  I'd be happy to share some. They just came out of the lemon... I don't know how to prepare them to ship.

You can mail the seeds but they should stay moist, so I'd recommend folding them in a moist paper towel and enclosing in a ziplock bag before mailing. The typical size for Meyer lemon is about the size of a tennis ball.
why can't you ship citris lots of places do it mail order oranges clementines grapefruit pears apples it all depends on the shipping method I would think.
