Hi every one I'm new to every thing gardening and this site..I live in the NW pacific zone .Washington state.I started this season by planting some tomatoes and green beans so far my tomatoes are doing well I think I have not added any fertilizer do I need to now ?? what else should I do at this point all of my plants bloomed and I have tomatoes on most of them except for one that I attached a pic. here the blooms seems to rot or die before giving fruit what do i need to do now...I'm totally helpless any suggestions please. also I have no idea what this plant is ,the one in the next pic.
