I planted a japanese tree lilac two years ago, it is in full sun, the leaves and bark are healthy. it is yet to bloom, anyone else have that experience? Or, I am just not patient enough?

filling containers in SE MN, got a whole bunch more to do, but it feels good! Vacation from work, in the garden, PERFECT!

Here in southern NH it is zone 4-5, depending on who you talk to. Still chilly for some of the plants, but my yard is green and all my perrenials are up. It's been such a warm winter, I even went out on a limb and filled my containers. Love the summer. Spring is a bit damp, but it's better than the white stuff.

Looking Down From the Upper Deck

"Just stunning Clare, so much colour to admire and like Lorraine said - that copper coloured Coleus is amazing (almost matches my hair!!) We actually had frosts this year so my coleus took a beating, but will chop them back and they will rise again."
