Jovka, thank you!! i have never grew them from seed because i always get babys on side of the mother bulb! Have you grown amaryllis from seed ? I know if you don't cut the faded flower a bulb forms. here is a pic of the baby. i just harvested them for the winter!

Hi Grant,Yes, I never grew this Amaryllis before, it's called "fantasy"! This is one of the bulbs I got on sale at whiteflower farm! It does look like peppermint. lol. Happy gardening!

Joseph, do you know the variety name of this one? It's on the tip of my tongue, but I just can't remember. I've seen a couple of pics online but forget the name. Either way, this one is just stunning. Like the best peppermint bark candy, LOL. Thanks again for sharing it!
