Comment by cindy morgan Zone 6b, Alba, MO on February 24, 2012 at 5:21pm Oh wow! I love that red crape. The color is awesome. I have a purple butterfly bush. Cant wait to use my new camera to capture pictures this year. Most of the crape 's are either white or the pink around here. The redbud tree's and forsynthia bushes are what will start blooming first around here. Is that red flower Beesbalm?

Comment by cindy morgan Zone 6b, Alba, MO on February 24, 2012 at 9:04am I love crepe Myrtle's. I think I am going to plant some this year. I planted a couple of Rose of Sharon about 3 years ago and they have really took off. Did a buttlerfly bush the year before and it has done very well last year. That reminds me I need to check it. What color are your Myrtles?
