Prettiest Rhododendron. Bark looks like Manzanita with it's red bark. They remind me of my Grandma.

Looks like a Rhododendron to me. In Oregon they have many like this and wild ones where you walk on trails between them to get to remote lakes or ocean beaches, etc.

"Elizabeth...I'd get them into the ground soon. Tease the roots if wrapped. They love rich soil & moisture. Cut them back when the stocks turn mushy after the freezes; almost to the ground. If happy they'll come back for you each year!"
