Prettiest Rhododendron. Bark looks like Manzanita with it's red bark. They remind me of my Grandma.

Looks like a Rhododendron to me.  In Oregon they have many like this and wild ones where you walk on trails between them to get to remote lakes or ocean beaches, etc.

"Only .29 of rain today so it wasn't to bad but the rest of the weekend is severe we will see what happens. I want to make more beds for more plants but may have to wait all week every day is severe."
