Prettiest Rhododendron. Bark looks like Manzanita with it's red bark. They remind me of my Grandma.

Looks like a Rhododendron to me.  In Oregon they have many like this and wild ones where you walk on trails between them to get to remote lakes or ocean beaches, etc.

"Our growing season started about 3 weeks ago, I would expect to get days over 30c  or 85f in October. Oteospermum is native to Africa, when stops flowering in mid summer I will cut it back."

"Your osteopermum look so lovely planted en mass. I can barely keep them blooming here. The fence finished just in time for everything to start climbing on it. Bravo! How many weeks of spring do you get before summer hits? "
