Oh how I want a water garden!! I have one in my head.. just need to get it in the back yard!! My fear is the raccoons because I wanted fish too.

Char, you did that pond by yourself? What business do you have? I am tired just watching the slideshow; actually I always killed the fish in the house so I can't get interested in them outside and have literally about ten cats, so it would be pointless anyway. I do have a love of water though, and play with it in the driveway, in the sun when watering and garnering melanomas, awful! You are very impressive. I am going to take the summer version of my beds if it stops raining, AGAIN, to replace them with the straggly early spring versions. I am flattered you befriended me, thanks very much. There are many steps to a fish pond... PLUS the ice and what the weather does through the seasons.

Keeping the ph balanced, algae under control and the orange guys(fish) happy can be tricky.

JUST WHEN I THINK I HAVE IT FIGURED OUT, I learn I don't.
