I bought these from a nursery so they are not wild. they introduced this hybrid many years ago. I have tried to transplant wild sage and it has not yet worked. Hope this helps.

John,what exactly is Desperado sage? Just wild sage? I have been tring for years to propigate wild sage with no luck
