No not this perticular one-I worked in a grden center for years and one of the other girls made it for me. My son is in the Marine Corps. and I needed something loving & patriotic for my door.It's very easy to make though. Dried static ,colored red ,blue & natural white. Then some small nodescript white flowers and a heart shaped wreath,wire & hot glue and there you go.
