The only heartbreaking thing about my new Japanese Aralia is that the deer just LOVE it!

This plant is known as both Fatsia Japonica and Japanese Aralia. Very drought tolerant shade lover. Looks tropical, doesn't it? It's hardy here in West Georgia. This plant grew from a cutting I swiped from an office building where I worked about 15 years ago. So I guess it's a slow grower, but well worth the wait.
