I have one that was here when I moved in and the neighbor said the tag that was on it said French Lilac? I never looked it up but it blooms later, has a smaller bloom, darker color, and smell is everywhere the wind blows. I love it and my daughter can't stand it...Makes her sneeze. How beautiful, reminds me of my mother's yard. I can almost smell them.
