Hi Gylma - Costa Rica really?  Since when?  I thought you were still in Cali...  WOW!  I haven't seen the form for making living wreaths in years.  I've had the wire framing for mine for over 6 years now.  They are available at Kinsman Company.  http://www.kinsmangarden.com/category/Planters-Liners  They carry a lot of neat planters...
