Thanks Barbara and Bonnie!  Barbara, It might be an Osteospermum, African Daisy.  Not 100% sure though.  I just thought they would be pretty in the front garden.

"Here are 2 more Rose Breasted Grosbeaks that visited this month...actually had 5 at one time.  Three adult males, 1 baby male, and 1 female.  Only had 1 last year.  Maybe they are having babies near my property."
