My brushes are the older ones that went by the name Bridal Wreath and after the lose there blooms they have green leaves and that is when the new shoots come. Mine lose their leaves this time of year.

I planted one of these this year becaue I love them when they bloom. One question for you, mine looked awful once the blooms fell off, the leaves looked half dead. Do yours do that or do they stay green? I'm hoping that it was because it was a new addition this year. Thanks.

Thanks lady for the comments. These are just pics from April and May of this year. I believe the shrub is spiraea, a wedding viel. I could be wrong on the name
