Thanks girls not sure what it is but sure took my eye when I seen it, Lyn our friend minded our cattle dog a few yrs back well she just loved their gold fish pond just about destroyed it trying to catch the fish Oh I felt so awful when I seen what she had done. Wayne build a pond LOL thats funny!!!!!!

Thanks Lillian, I thought perhaps Wayne had miraculously built you a beautiful pond since we visited!
Yes our Border Collie leapt into the pond at Daughter's boyfriend's parents place when she was a puppy, causing havoc to the water lilies in there! Dog has never been invited back. LOL.

Heather and Lyn this is not my pond it is at a lake nearby, my dog would be in it too Lyn. Thanks Clare I usually use the little camera for close up shots but the big one done ok this time.

Lovely photo Lillian.  Is this in you yard?  We're lucky enough to have a big dam close by with waterlilies on it.  Lots of dragonflies there too.

Gorgeous - did you see the ones I took last week at Botanic Gardens here in Sydney.  How I would love a pond in my back yard but with the two grandsons, not sure it would be a good idea, plus dogs would see it as a swimming pool no doubt!
