swiss chard leaves
Took this photo in the late afternoon when the sun shines behind the leaves. If I could only plant one veggie, it would be swiss chard! Yummy all season long!!!

Hi, Sue...what a great photo. I will have to try planting this. I'm going to see if I can grow now in my fall garden. I imagine I can here in Florida...kinda like growing collards I would think?
