Rebecca they are great trees! They are native here also & can be seen in the woods everywhere in the spring.

I want so bad to plant my annuals but I'm still worried about frost. Wouldn't it be nice if every bloom lasted all summer!

"I grow them in two spots under my eaves here in the Pacific NW. They moved themselves by reseeding out from under the roof! The happier of the two likes dry, hot but afternoon shade. I cut them back after flowering & they grew new leaves again…"
