Alice, I had my students make a plan for their square feet. It was kind of funny because they are ESL and didn't realize that they were actually making the plan until we took the papers out when they planted their seeds. This is the plan I had them use since it was only for a square foot. They had to figure out how much space a seed would need and mark off that many inches in their square foot. Thought I would share it since I think it's cute. :)

I'm jealous, I live in NE PA, we're still covered in snow!! My husband and dad built me a green house many years ago. 8x8, I heat it with a small propane gas heater. I germinate my seeds in the house then take them out in mid March or so. The sun warms it up great in the day, but at night I just keep above freezing. Be sure you have sun protection, it can get too hot even up here!! You have a beautiful greenhouse btw.
