Yes, as a catapillar he ate his way through my passion vine. Now he'll try the zinnias. I am so ready to pull up the zinnias. They gotten so tall and spindly, but the butterflies love them, so I guess I'll just let the be for now.
Hi Anita; I have just gotten back to this website; but I look forward to seeing pictures and communicating with fellow gardeners. We live in the country, so my Interned service is very slooooooooow. But I have about a five acre yard and I love to talk with others that love to plant flowers; I plant all zone 8 plants living in south Alabama;and I have a small pond that is sooooooo much fun.....
Thanks for your comment, Anita. This is part of a Prayer Garden that I just started this year. In the beginning of the season it was an unused dog pen... :)
Anita, thank you the pictures on mypage were perfect. And now I'm in love with "Turk's hat". Have to research and find some seeds or plants or something.
I'm here in zone 7 what is your zone and is turkshat an annual or perennial? Thanks again

Hi Anita, thanks for dropping by...the light house is not a garden ornament but I opted displaying it there to add drama to my garden bed...
Anita….I just peeked at your photos and you have quiet an extensive beautiful garden! I also noticed that you have some shaded beds…. I hope to revamp my shade garden next year and add much needed color.
