"Without a deck or patio? How about moss-filled containers that can hang off of a fence/wall? I buy half-circle wire frames that can be filled with plants that poke through and trail down. Very pretty and inexpensive."

I am a 52 year old widow. My husband died at 46 in a single car accident on Christmas Eve morning taking presents to friends in Maryland. I have 2 daughters, ages 14 and 17, both born at 28 weeks and have disabilities. My oldest is moderate Autistic and my youngest has Cerebral Palsy and is nonverbal and in a wheel chair. My girls are my life. Gardening is my escape. Vacationing is difficult for us, so I have created a paradise around my home with gardens, bird feeders and pool. I don't work. I don't have time to fit it in my life, but we are financially comfortable. I am fortunately surrounded by a large group of friends and I do a lot of entertaining, since getting away is difficult. I can say we are all very content where we are in life. Even though we have had some big hurtles in our life, we have learned happiness comes with the small things that surround us. Well I have to get up and get moving to get the girls off to school. Please tell me about yourself.
