NE Junk Jaunt

Starting this Friday and going till Sunday is the NE Junk Jaunt. If you are in the are and enjoy garage sales & flea markets, check out www.junkjaunt.com for more information and the map. It is an awesome trip if you can make it.
I can hardly wait to see what treasures I can find to add to my landscape design!!
Any suggestions concerning snow fencing, natural or otherwise??

We live in the country with evergreen shelter belts around our house but last year we had a HUGE problem with 10 feet tall snow drifts going over our 4 ft chain link fence. We have 4 dogs that ended up walking over the drifts and were found wandering the country side.
With fall right around the corner I would like to start planning now what to do to prevent this happening this year. Just wondering if anyone has some suggestions. If I did this right, I have added a pic of some of the…

Thanks Carla, columbine is colorado native flowers so it is one of the easy flowers to grow. All the columbines are from seeds I collected when they are ready to be sow.

"Joan, I researched this for ya. Yucca like to be planted in sandy or rocky soil and like full sun. Do not over or under water them. Yucca are very hardy and pretty well take care of themselves. Just cut of the dead leaves in the Spring...…"
