Idaho MG's

Idaho has just started the Idaho Master Gardeners Association; the idea is to raise funds for the program but to socialize outside of classes [we're Advanced and newly certified both]... We'd love to hear ideas from other Associations. Our University runs the classes and we 'serve time' there..

I like the idea of those clay pots for vegetables. The moles will go elsewhere. I don't know if that's why you did it but boy have you found a solution for me who has been fighting off moles for too many years. I'm going to experiement this season. Thanks

Did anything frost at your house last night? My tomatoes and peppers are still in the green house, but I bought one tomato at Five Mile Farm and planted it out, it has green tomatoes on it. I covered it last night.

Hi! I just saw your comment. Where in New York did you live. I'm about half way out on Long Island. I love your gardens and especially love your English Sheepdog. My parent's friends had one when I was growing up and her name was "Blueberry".
