Pesto Recipe

This recipe is loosy-goosy ... and pretty foolproof. Put about 2 cups of a really nice, fruity olive oil into your blender. Add about 4 cups or more of fresh basil leaves. Add at least one cup -- or more -- of toasted pine nuts, pistachios, almonds, or walnuts ... or any combination thereof. Blend for just a couple of seconds, until the basil is pretty well chopped up.
