Need info on Hibiscus

I recently bought a Hibiscus Tree and other than the basic instructions that were attached to it I have no idea what this plant needs to really thrive. I've noticed that it loses leaves daily! They are turning yellow and then falling off, but just today I looked closer and realized that everywhere a leaf fell off a new one is sprouting. Yes Doreen, I have 3 hummingbird feeders. They usually show up sometimr in April. I don't seem to have as much activity as last year. Don't know why.
