Hi eloise!

Yes, this year should be less stressful! Weent through a huge interior renovation and a new job last year. Things are more back to normal and cannot wait for the gardening to start!

Hope you are doing well!

Hello Eloise, thanks for the hello. I really haven't been on here since Oct. My garden of course is bare now. The winter months and cold weather will soon be approaching. Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner. The only thing that is blooming inside my house is my beartiful Christmas Cactus. Oh well, hope we don't have a bad winter this yr. I'm in southwest Pa. How are you doing?

beets, well you can boil, peel and slice or the best way is peel raw beets, put in food processor with the shredding blade, butter in fry pan and saute slowly covered about 20-25 min. YUM> or you can pickle, look on internet for recipes. i have hot beet soup recipe if you'd like. let me know.
