"I get an irritation on my hands and forearms when I prune my dwarf pines. I prune mostly because of sun damage in the hot summers. Lots of red dots and itchiness. Gloves are a good thing in the garden but they do take a bit getting used to."

Planning helps

Planning has always helped me combine the perfect colours and bloom cycles. Sometimes people don't realise the difficulty on getting the right combinations and the accurate conditions to put on a beautiful garden display. But we do, great job !

You are so right! I am looking forward to my Cherokee Purple tomatoes getting ripe. I dice them and garlic and basil to make a thick pasta sauce base that I can. It is a very welcome treat in the winter months!
