Wedding Greens From Your Garden

Hardening Greens. When purchasing Greens for Wedding work, or gathering them from a Garden, it is important to let them sit in the water for at least 12-24 hours before you use them in Arrangements. Many Greens, like ivy, may look great when first cut and will hold up out of water. However, the longevity of the Green will be cut.
