If you Google "gardening zones", a number of maps will come up that will show you your zone.  Here is one such map: http://www.weekendgardener.net/climate-zones-map.htm#northern

Welcome to Garden-Share! You might want to start by checking out the Group page for garden-related groups and topics you may be interested in. Joining a few groups is a great way to meet other gardeners and get started on Garden-Share.

Then please participate! Groups are the best places to ask questions and share your knowledge about gardening.

Also, there are Videos to watch (how-to, humor), Blogs to read (informative, entertaining), Photos to look at (beautiful, unusual, inspiring), and new friends to meet. If you have more photos (or videos) of your plants or garden, please share them - I'd love to see more of your photos!

Again, welcome! :)
