"Keryn, your pig face are looking wonderful! My neighbour has them in her front garden and they just completely cover the whole garden. Such a beautiful, but hardy plant.
Barb - very nice succulent garden. Did you know you can eat Purslane in salads?"
"Joseph I see you have the plant we call 'Million Bells' in the hanging basket on the left. I find them so hardy and just flower year after year. What is the climber in the centre, is it a form of Sweet Pea?"
Thanks for your nice comments on my paintings! Yes I've been painting for a few years -- an extension gardening for me, I guess. What I can't grow well, I tend to paint, I guess! Thanks again, Kathleen
"Yes I know the plant well, they love our climate in Australia, a fast grower, will cover an old ugly fence in one season. Loves a good hair cut and then flowers again. It has a dormant period for a couple of months during winter, but stays alive."
"Keryn, This variety of plumbago will not survive zone 5 winters. I bring winter it over in amy attic in a sunny window. It isn't a vine more like a small shrub. I do have another hardier variety. It is a darker blue. Love them both."
