newbie needs help with clay soil gardening...

our clay soil is the pits! how do i plant w/out drowning or suffocating my plants? i'm new to the area and have battled the clay for my 2nd season. any tips on making season 3 more fun and productive without spending a fortune?

Michele,
I've struggled with the tedious job of amending clay for the past three years. Below is a link which I found most informative. I haven’t tried all of its suggestions….I hope to work on it next spring and hopefully, I will master the clay.
