Welcome to Garden-Share! You might want to start by checking out the Group page for garden-related groups and topics you may be interested in. Joining a few groups is a great way to meet other gardeners and get started on Garden-Share.

Also, there are Videos to watch (how-to, humor), Blogs to read (informative, entertaining), Photos to look at (beautiful, unusual, inspiring), and new friends to meet. If you have photos (or videos) of your garden, please share them - I'd love to see photos of your garden!

PS - If you have a photo that you could use as your profile photo, please post it, too :)

Thank you to my down under friend Rae.  Enjoy all 7 of the videos and I have a whole bevy of pictures of the gardens/plants as well as my parents and friends gardens. Plagiarism is the finest form of a compliment.  Have a good friend I went to school in Adelaide...he's now captaining a boat somewhere around your 'continent' there. Cheers.

"Patricia, that is sad about loosing so many finches, the white crowned sparrows are so cute, we get them in the spring for several weeks, they flipped seed around and dig to find more.   They would eat under the feeders so none of the seed…"

"At my last house I had a blue bird clematis, looked like little birds in flight. I left it behind since they are so delicate."

"Yes I do like my sunsets here, thank-you. You have a nice stand of red Dianthus. I'm into edible flowers too. How do you keep the bugs out of your Columbine? Any time I ever grew them they got all full of bugs, since you can't eat them I…"

"I am so glad that the white crown sparrows have returned to Santa Barbara. I am enjoying watching them in my bird bath and throwing seed on the ground for them. I had such a tough summer with the house and purple finches. I would sometimes find 5 a…"
