Poor Country Boy Gardening

Poor country boy gardening is when you want or need something for your garden and can't afford it. So you get creative on how to get it trading or bartering for it. digging it up out of an empty field or off the side of the road or a neighbors yard. With permission of courseSee More

Houseplants

From a very young age, I have loved houseplants. I would love to hear about what types of plants you have, and any stories you might have about how you acquired your plant or plants. Would also love to see pictures of your houseplants.

First of all, I want to thank you for the red ribbon. Second I'm sorry I didn't get bak to you sooner. I just kind of put this together, then abandoned it. There is a site that I have been submitting my photos to for a while. I have been busy doing this, and keeping up some with my facebook with my family and many co-workers. I also upload a lot of my photos on there. Then my job and many other things get in the way too. I just wish that there was more time in the day. That would be very helpful.

Answering your question about my garden photos, they were from the summer of 2009. Last year, (2010) for some reason, our garden did not grow nearly as well, and I heard from many others that they had had the same problem.

Thank you for my gift... I enjoyed looking at your pictures today. I especially like the squirrel with it's hand on his chest.

No, these vegees are not growing now. They were from a couple of summers ago. This last summer, No one in our area had any luck growing tomatoes. Eighther they stayed green, or got a disease that caused them to rot from the bottom of the tomato. Everything else did pretty well though.
