Starting Seeds The Frugal Way~

Hi All,I recently joined this group first and foremost because I am frugal as can be and to make new frugal friends as myself. I am getting itchy fingers to start my indoor seeds..yes I know it's probably a bit to soon, but I am going bonkers. I have all my seeds ( I'll probably get more) I always do..can't help myself!!LOL.
