Maybe I'll try making one of these using all dark red beads or maybe all dark blue beads.  Assuming that I can talk my roommate, Dan into assembling it for me.

My baby's breath isn't invasive, but I have seen it at the sand dunes along lake Michigan covering the side of the dune. When they are in bloom it is quite pretty.

This weekend I am going to work on putting my hostas to bed for the winter first I will cut them back. The frost we had gave them a good wilt and some still have flowers. The flowers can be cut and make a bouquet out of them for the house.

You'll have to post a few photos of Claire's sister. Your garden photos are very nice, well, all of the photos are very nice. The birds in the trees, the mushrooms and etc. I'm partial to the dog photos and Claire on the mound of snow with the older dog; it is precious. I hope things are working out with your new BFF.

I only have the purple spiderwort and just love them. It gets so hot (zone 8) here that about this time they don't stand tall so I just chop them down. They are really pretty in the early sping.

Ron .. I am so very sorry and sad to hear the news of Claire//////. somehow I was positive that she would pull through. Thinking of you both so much. It is so hard to hear such sad news. I saw a very beautiful saying on a stepping stone the other day ...... I think it applies so much to you .......
"A true friend leaves paw prints on your heart"..... I am sure that is true for you ...... and your beautiful Claire......... Take care ..... all the best to you. You certainly had good friends going through this with you.... I am honoured to be one of them.
