Passionate about plants, living right by the inner harbour of Auckland's west coast in a small forest village called Laingholm. Have a half-acre garden which is partly really old native bush/trees and the rest modern-day garden.

- I'm a novice at photography AND painting! What type of art does your son in law do? Has he painted any of your beautiful photos???? I went to Italy in October, 2008 alone, and met up with a group of primarily Australians and girls and guys from New Zealand.....27 in all, plus the Australian Watercolor Artist Instructor, John Lovett. We spent 6 nights in Cinque Terre and 6 nights in Massa Meritima. They convinced me that I need to visit both places. I also have a friend that moved to Pearl Harbor in Sept. that just spent her 50th birthday with girls in New Zealand this month. I really must see these beautiful places!!!

It's sooooo cold....for Atlanta, GA...but the sun is out, and with all the snow falling in the rest of the states, I'm happy. Still too cold to get outside for a 'fair weather' girl like myself! How are things your way???
