"The foliage isn't right for Ipheion. Ipheion leaves are rather flat and cover the ground. Chiondoxa foliage is more cupped at the tip and is upright when young."

"Not snow bound at all. Quite beautiful here, gardening and cleaning up stuff. Lots in bloom too. Quite an unusual and mild winter. Have only scooted my citrus trees into the garage once this year...29 degrees and wouldn't even normally do that…"

Thanks Scott, I'm glad you commented. The picture sent was a perfect match. It wouldn't stay on my screen for more then a second, but long enough. It's a very attractive plant and I'm going to grow more of it. It's worth finding a place for.

"I used to take mine in for the winter and store in the garage.  A couple of years ago, I planted in my beds and left them out all winter.  They did much better.  I'm a Zone 5 in South/Central Indiana - Seymour. "
