Sometimes snapdragons winter over... I planted these from seed and you know what a mild winter we had last year.. they don't always do that.
I glad your daughter loves it here.. I do too. Thanks for the friend request. I hope you enjoy the visit. It's a shame she isn't a flower person.. time will change all.... probably. :o}

I live in Montana on the Hi-line so our growing is Zone 3, we can grow some zone 4 plants depending the area you live in and if we have an open winter or not. zone 4 plants like that snow cover helps protect them.
anne andrews/7b said… sharon.. if you are coming to Asheville you can go to Better Homes and Gardens and print a voucher good for 2 free Admissions to a public garden for May 11th . I suggest the N.C. Arboretum. Is it going to be that weekend?
